Pricing and Booking for your Special Event
‘Special events’ refer to any reservations for:
- 17 – 30 people or
- reservations made more than 6 months (up to 2 years!) in advance of the event
How special event booking works

- Contact us by web form, phone, or email to let us know your preferred dates, rough number of attendees, and all of your hopes and dreams
- We’ll get back to you ASAP with a quote and booking link
PS: if your date is available and more than 6 months out, we’ll hold your date for you for 48 hours after we send you your quote while you decide.
For smaller groups
If you want to make a reservation for 16 people or fewer and up to 6 months before your stay, please book online.

Special event payment terms
Currency
Prices are in Canadian dollars – CAD
Taxes
All prices are subject to sales tax (5% GST, 9.975% QST). Overnight lodging is also subject to Quebec lodging tax (3.5%)
Minimum stays
Weekends = 3-night minimum, weekdays = 2-night minimum
How to pay
You can pay by credit card, e-transfer (within Canada), wire transfer or cheque
Payment schedule
- If you book more than 6 months in advance, you pay a 25% non-refundable deposit upon booking to reserve your event
- The balance is due 6 months before the event start date
