‘Special events’ refer to any reservations for:
- 17 – 30 people or
- reservations made more than 6 months (up to 2 years) in advance of the event
How special event booking works
- Reach out via our web form, phone, or email with your preferred dates, estimated group size, and all your hopes and dreams.
- We’ll get back to you promptly with a tailored quote and booking link.
- Confirm your booking and we’ll start preparing for your event!
PS: if your date is available and more than 6 months away, we’ll hold it for you for 48 hours after we send your quote while you decide.

For smaller groups
You can book now online if you want to make a reservation for 16 people or fewer and up to 6 months before your stay.

Currency
Prices are in Canadian dollars – CAD
Taxes
All prices are subject to sales tax (5% GST, 9.975% QST).
If your event includes lodging, the lodging portion is also subject to Quebec lodging tax (3.5%)
How to pay
You can pay by credit card, e-transfer (within Canada), wire transfer or cheque
Payment schedule
- If you book more than 6 months in advance, you pay a 25% non-refundable deposit upon booking to reserve your event
- The balance is due 6 months before the event start date
