Ciel et Bois Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policies are different for ‘online bookings’ vs. ‘special events’.

‘Online booking’ cancellation policy

‘Online bookings’ refer to reservations for 16 people or less, made within 180 days of your stay.

Cancellation by Guest

• 60 days or more before check-in: 100% refund of the total amount paid minus a 5% admin fee
• Less than 60 but more than 14 days before the check-in: 50% refund
• 14 days or less before check-in, or during the stay: No refunds

‘Special event’ cancellation policy

‘Special events’ refer to any reservations for 17 people or more or reservations made more than 180 days in advance of the event.

Cancellation by Event Organizer

• 60 days or more before check-in: We will refund the Event Organizer the total amount paid minus the 25% non-refundable deposit
• Less than 60 but more than 14 days before the check-in: We will refund the Event Organizer 25% of the total reservation cost 
• 14 days or less before check-in, or during the stay: No refunds

Cancellation by Ciel et Bois 

We reserve the right to cancel the reservation in circumstances that are beyond our control (ex. natural disaster). In such cases, the Guest will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

PLEASE NOTE:

We have a clear cancellation policy and we stick to it. We don’t make exceptions due to weather. As soon as you book, we start preparing for your visit, including turning away other groups. Please keep the cancellation policy in mind when booking, and if you’re concerned about it, we recommend purchasing travel insurance.
